Important: Edu Member does not sell personal information to third parties. However, certain data sharing for advertising purposes may be considered a "sale" under CCPA.

Delete My Account and Data

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Upon deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account information
  • Submitted documents
  • Order history
  • Communication records

Note: We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).
