- Proofreading: $3-5 per page
- Copy Editing: $5-8 per page
- Substantive Editing: $8-12 per page
4. When Payment is Required
- Payment is required in full before editing work begins
- You will receive a detailed quote before confirming your order
- No hidden fees - the quoted price is the final price
- Rush fees are clearly indicated in the quote
5. Billing and Invoices
- You will receive an email receipt immediately after payment
- Detailed invoices are available in your account dashboard
- Invoices include order number, service details, and payment information
- Invoices can be downloaded as PDF for your records
- For tax purposes, we can provide additional documentation upon request
6. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Full Refund: If we cannot assign an editor within 24 hours
- Full Refund: If editing is not delivered within the promised timeframe
- Partial Refund: If editing quality significantly falls below our standards (case-by-case evaluation)
- No Refund: After edited document is delivered, except in cases of demonstrable quality issues
- No Refund: For services already rendered or documents already edited
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
- Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback
- We are committed to resolving disputes amicably
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension
- All disputes are handled according to our Terms of Service
8. Currency and Taxes
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Currency conversion is handled by your payment provider
- Prices do not include local taxes where applicable
- Sales tax may be added based on your location
- International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees
